Who we are

We are a family catering business with eight years’ prior experience in event catering through the Horsebox Ice Cream Company. In this time, we have had the pleasure of attending many high-profile events for the likes of Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Aston Martin, Barbour, and many more. This has given us valuable experience in delivering a professional and reliable service at scale, adapting to the unique requirements of each client, and consistently providing a memorable customer experience. From intimate private gatherings to large corporate functions, we pride ourselves on our flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding expectations.

We offer fully loaded waffles and waffle balls, complete with your choice of ice cream, sauces, and toppings, to make your experience one to remember.

All our ice cream is sourced from the amazing Jude's, originally produced on their farm in Hampshire, boasting over 100 Great Taste awards.

In addition, we also offer a great range of gluten-free and dairy-free ice cream options, as well as some wonderful sorbets.

At Waffles and Scoop, we offer a choice of two equally special packages to make your event unforgettable. Our waffle cart provides a unique, personal experience, displaying our vast array of toppings and sauces and is perfect for catering both indoors and outdoors. For something extra eye-catching, we also serve from our classy horsebox conversion, bringing a distinctive, quirky charm that elevates any occasion.
